I just couldn’t resist this fabric,I had been looking for a fabric that could be for male and females and this one is perfect.
So I made it into aprons in adult and mini me sizes for the families that like to match !
I also made a cafe style apron which seem to be popular at the moment,I certainly know that I wear mine a lot as somehow they feel a bit smarter and still do the job well.
Its such a fun print and one I hope will appeal to all members of the family big and small.

My model for the morning was my very reluctant teenage daughter but it all worked out well in the end as we turned the music up loud and messed around with poses and props for a couple of hours. The real hard work is still to come with trying to convince my son to model the apron to show it works for men too but I haven’t managed that yet !
Its been a bit of a up and down week here with my daughter being poorly, housework getting put on hold so I can get orders packed and out, waiting for deliveries, trying to catch up on sewing and on top of it all I feel that I may be getting what my daughter has….. but as the saying goes ‘there is no peace for the wicked’ and I must have been very wicked !
I feel I need to get out in the fresh air and go for a nice long walk so this weekend a walk and lots of fresh air is a priority. Have you any nice plans for the weekend ?
Have fun, Tabitha
